Rylee Oliff
Admin & Billing Coordinator
Rylee will be the friendly voice you often hear when you call in, helping with scheduling, billing, and making sure tickets are updated and followed up on. She also supports the team with process improvements and provides dependable administrative support. Known for her attention to detail, loyal spirit, and genuine care for people, Rylee helps ensure clients always feel cared for.
Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, baking, and spending time with her son and family. She also never turns down a good cup of coffee ☕.
Oliver Uribe
Client Support Specialist
We’re excited to introduce Oliver Uribe, our new Client Support Specialist. Based in California and working remotely, Oliver works both proactively and reactively to keep your business running smoothly. Proactively, he helps ensure your team has the right tools, equipment, and security in place to avoid disruptions. Reactively, he responds quickly to incidents and takes ownership of requests until the root cause is resolved. Clients can expect periodic updates and a friendly follow-up to make sure issues don’t resurface.
Known for being helpful, personable, and patient, Oliver brings a calm and reliable presence to client support. Outside of work, he enjoys playing disc golf, spending time in nature, and caring for his pet python, Warrior. He is also a big fan of spicy Thai food. His favorite dish is crispy fried pork with chili paste 🌶️.
